Down with Verizon Wireless

I went to Cullman on Sunday afternoon. My great-Uncle died and so I went up for the funeral. I returned on Tues for heart shaped hamburgers from my hunnie. My family are to arrive this evening and spend the weekend. I bought a new cellphone while I was up. We had 3 prepay phone. The oldest was a nokia 252 that's battery died. Verizon doesn't sell batteries for it because it is so old. So I had been thinking of buying a new one and getting a plan for some time now so I did that. The idea was to transfer her account to the phone I had and lose the 13 dollars worth of minutes that I had. They couldn't do it. They got the number transferred but the phone won't call out now. And they couldn't fix it. And sisn't even try to help. I asked if I could transfer the $70 minutes to phone #3. but no. It is a different # and therefore cannot transfer. SO I have to buy a $70 phone to save my $70 minutes or I just lose my minutes and money. It's frickin retarded. I was so pissed I started crying, which I think is counterproductive when you are trying to tell people that they are idiots and trying to obtain assistance from them so i left. I am hoping to get it taken care of down here today. Wish me luck.
