What's up

So I haven't been to work since Friday last week. Took off for the chili cook-off on Sat And was sick on Sunday. Then I had an evil stomach flu and was sick on Wed and Thurs. Tomorrow is my first day back. Scary. Will I have forgotten what little I knew? Oh Well. I am tired of being sick. It has has been a very long time since I was that sick. And I want it to be longer till the next time.

We saw movies this weekend:
Vantage Point- Good action. Good characters. Some nice twisting plot points. Not a terrible choice. The acting was good as well. Dennis Quaid, Matthew Fox, Forrest Whittaker, and some others I did not know. I have no complaints.
The Other Boleyn Girl- Terrible. I read the book. It was good. I was hopeful for the movie, but it was horrid. They cut out too much. The big plot points were not explained or either missing. The acting, the characters as writtenin the book. I thought that Natalie Portman was awful as the conniving, manipulative, scheming Anne. Scarlett Johannson was good as Mary her sister. Eric Bana as King Henry was mediocre at best. Kenny who has not read the book thought it was bad too. Although he thought that Natalie did well and Scarlett did poorly. In any case I do not recommend the movie and do recommend the book.
